Alarm Technician TRAINEE **WE WILL TRAIN**
We are looking for a dependable candidate willing to learn. We will train!! Must report to South San Francisco Monday - Friday 8:30 AM.

Summary: Assist, under direction of an upper level Installer / Service Technician, in the installation of complete security systems and / or
repair of existing equipment.
Duties and Responsibilities include the following :
- Establish positive contact with the customer
- Prepare equipment.
- Assist in the installation or repair of the system as required.
- Assist in the running of necessary system tests.
- Process necessary documentation.
- Work toward proficiency in all job areas.
- May install wireless system independently.
- All other miscellaneous responsibilities and other duties as assigned.
Skills:
- Good verbal and written communication skills required
- Ability to provide excellent customer service
- Ability to use maps/GPS and travel independently
- Competence and aptitude in the use of hand tools
- Ability to crawl and work in small spaces
- Ability to use a ladder
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Education/Experience:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent required
- No prior experience required
- Mechanical / Low Voltage / Electrical experience a plus
